The Service is an autonomous pipeline that clones a website repository, analyses on‑page and technical signals, and generates optimised code to improve visibility for search engines, answer engines, and generative AI models. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

3. User obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service.
• Ensure you have the right to access and modify any repository you submit.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or disrupt the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GitHub tokens and API keys. Hashfor is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to do so.

4. Intellectual property

All code, documentation, and other materials provided by Hashfor (excluding user content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to your own content. By using the Service, you grant Hashfor a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to access and process your content solely to provide the Service.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR SECURE.

Agent outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any changes before committing them to your repository.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HASHFOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding twelve months.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

8. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
