• Repository data: GitHub repository URLs, branch names, and contents of the cloned repository (only during active runs).
• Audit CSV: the per‑page SEO/AEO/GEO metrics you upload to trigger a run.
• Usage logs: run history, agent outputs, and error reports to help us improve the Service.

We do not store your GitHub tokens or OpenAI API keys beyond the duration of a single run.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Execute optimization runs as requested.
• Diagnose and fix bugs in the pipeline.
• Improve the quality of agent outputs.
• Send you service updates and security notifications (if you have opted in).

We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent.

3. Data sharing & third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with:

• GitHub: to clone and push to your repositories (only during a run).
• OpenAI: the model provider used to generate content; your CSV data is sent to them only for the duration of the run.
• Service providers: e.g., hosting, logging, and analytics (bound by confidentiality).

4. Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All sensitive data (tokens, API keys) are transient and never written to disk. Repository clones are stored in temporary directories that are wiped after each run.

However, no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
